1.31.12 long day

You know how sometimes you have one of those long, hormonal, want to do nothing but live in your sweats and eat crap kind of day? That was today. THEN my children went to bed at 8...let me say that again...MY CHILDREN WENT TO BED AT 8! Then I got to take a nice long hot shower and the stresses of the day some how melted away. So with that in mind I'm going to make this short because I'm about to get my snuggle on with Landon and watch a movie. Although it was a long day there were definitely some high lights. I'm going to share most of the pictures tomorrow but here's a little preview.

me: Linc, did you eat your food?
Linc: Um Mom?...I like you.

Next it's going to be Look Mom I like you, I really do, but this making me eat my food thing...it's...it's gotta go.

1.29.12 proposal, Luke

Kotah and Melissa are engaged! They are so cute together and I am so excited for them. Kotah got this photo booth idea from pinterest. He came over and we set up a "photo booth" in my dining room and here is how they turned out. I thought it was such a cute idea!

He had a dinner planned at this awesome barn in Alpine. His mom, sister and cousin decked out the place and of course it was amazing. Kotah asked me to come up after the proposal and take some pictures. It was beautiful!














The Garrett's shared a few of their roses with me from the proposal. Lucky for me since they are my favorite.





Luke starting out his day with some yoga.

A little piece from an almost 4 year old's prayer last night, Please bless big boots for Lincoln and little boots for Lukie with no holes.

Linc's not the only kid around here that loves his boots, Luke is always bringing me his saying "boots, boots" and then kicking his legs up for me to put them on. Those boots were made for walk'n...


Luke got a little intense with the chalk and there was chalk flakes all over the floor so we had little chalk foot prints all over the house. They were so cute I didn't clean them up for a while.


Luke puts my lens cap on telling me we are done taking pictures for a while.

1.25.12 my boys, playing in the snow

Do you even know that I got the BEST nights sleep last night? It was truly amazing! Both boys slept all the way through the night and I went to bed at about 10:00 and didn't wake up until 7:30. Needless to say I feel amazing today. Let's keep it up boys!! Speaking of my boys, I love them. All of my boys. Moments like this make my heart melt. (They are watching videos of themselves.)





It finally started snowing! I remember catching snow on my tongue as a wee one. It's so fun to watch my boy do the same thing.




We actually got a decent amount! The boys wanted to go out and play the moment they woke up, so after breakfast that's just what we did. I couldn't find one of Lukie's gloves so doubling up on socks was the other option. Saweet!
